author ::: Favorites The pants are really PVC (patent vinyl cloth). But because the term "leather pants" catches people's attention better, and because so many women have referred to them as leather pants, then I too have decided to label them as leather pants. I got them from a place called Urban Planet in Florida Mall in Orlando, FL USA, back when they sold men's & women's clubwear. Unfortunately since then, they switched to selling only women's clubwear.
