A thought did cross my mind and I hope I'm not assassinated for it! If we as maritime admirers are overuled in our quest to stop the destruction of these great liners in India and other wrecking yards, is it possible to swing the fight to preserving our ships as artificial reefs? At least we can still admire them and they serve a much better purpose, and It does'nt kill workers by the dozens either. __________________________________________________

Was'nt the QE2 the liner that struck rocks near Vinyard Sound? The SS United States, was this the sister ship to the fabled SS America aka SS Austraulis...Weastpoint..Noga..etc? I do agree with the masses who admire the Norway, she is a beautiful ship. The other Burlesque liners in service today have nothing on the Blue Lady and never will. __________________________________________________
