WTC 7 was about 250 yds away from the WTC1 with WTC 5&6 stadning between them, blocking debris. Both WTC 5&6 withstood the full load of the WTC1 and did not collapse. The Winter Garden, a giant greenhouse also 250 yards away and didn't collapse. WTC 7 had no significant structural damage. What type of expert in the right mind comment with certainty without studying the particular situation.
