Description:

The Army SGT wanted to present evidence that that Iraq Surge is working. Was he censored? Is he a heckler? Why won't the moderator let the panelists answer the question?

I believe he won't be disciplined because he did not violate the regulation. I served in the military 21 years and I do have some knowledge of regulation.

Matt Drudge said it best. DailyKos is a group of far left wingers that failed themselves by inviting liberals that are further right then they are. Kos is now the Donkey party.

Not all Democrats are liberal. And many of them are not left wingers like the Kos sheep.

No, Yearly Kos is not a social function of a military character.

I just quoted from the YearlyKos site itself. I can't help it if they say one thing about themselves one second and then contradict it the next (when it's in their best interest to do so). The information I got about Kos talking about his non-partisanness was an interview I watched on CNN, with words that came out of his own mouth.

You're probably right about the lack of trial thing, most likely. But since Article 15's are probably one of the less severe punishments doled out in the military, I wasn't certain if this "violation" would warrant greater action than just that, hence my mention of a trial.

As far as my supposed lack of service to this country in uniform, I'll ignore the fact that that's none of your business in the least, and humor you. I'll have you know that I am currently in service to my husband, raising our child and getting ready to give birth to his second child (which I will have to do most likely on my own, as he will be deploying for his second tour in Iraq this November). Thanks for the question of my integrity though, that was quite disgusting.

What strikes me as disgusting is you support an organization that is demoralizing our troops, wants us to lose the war, supports candidates that have slow bled the troops and stabbed them in the back, aided the enemy, and made the war effort more dangerous for your husband.

I do not support Kos, not one bit. As a matter of fact, quite the contrary. I just believe that because of the disingenuousness of Kos and his organization, this soldier is in no violation of any regulations.

Thanks for posting this. I had heard about the incident on John Gibson's radio show and wanted to see it.
